Who We Are

The company was founded by two individuals who take great pride in their Michigan roots.

The CEO brings a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, legal affairs, contracting, procurement, and commercial lending. With extensive experience across multiple disciplines, she has successfully navigated complex business environments and transactions.

The CFO has a comprehensive career in finance, holding controller positions, overseeing financial operations, complex software knowledge and running businesses across diverse sectors.

Both founders have been instrumental in building businesses from the ground up since the age of 18. Throughout their careers, they’ve seen firsthand the struggles faced by smaller companies and their frustration with the corporate world’s failure to recognize and nurture the talents of these businesses.
